These earnings include hourly pay, service commissions, credit card tips, and product commissions. Cash tips are additional.

What You'll Do:
As Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team while continuing to provide exceptional service behind the chair.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coaching, motivating, and developing stylists.
- Creating a positive, professional, and accountable team environment.
- Managing schedules and ensuring appropriate salon coverage.
- Monitoring salon performance and helping the team achieve goals.
- Supporting recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Resolving guest concerns professionally.
- Maintaining salon cleanliness and operational standards.
- Leading by example through strong guest service and teamwork.
What We're Looking For:
- Active Michigan cosmetology or barber license.
- Previous salon management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
- A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
